M.C. Croker Pty Ltd has five depots of its own, these are Cootamundra, Coolamon, Marrar, Ladysmith and Griffith.

Cootamundra and Marrar are manned full-time while Coolamon, Ladysmith and Griffith are mainly used for storage and are manned when required. Together they have the capacity to hold 55,000 tonne of grain, oilseed, pulse and 5,000 tonne of fertilizer such as MAP, DAP, urea, lime, single super and gypsum, and can offer services such as storage, handling, mixing, blending, pelletizing, spreading, transport, export packing and testing.

Other grains handled in smaller quantities include Chickpeas and Faba beans.

Quality assessment includes moisture, protein levels, weight, colour, oil content, foreign seeds or material and the presence of insects. Samples are taken for testing to determine grain variety and pesticide residues.

All operations are monitored to maintain quality. Before grain leaves our depot, further analysis ensures that it meets individual client specifications.
